This is an unmissable event for all Superbike World Championship fans, with Lorenzo Baldassarri among the leading contenders in the top class this year.
\nIn this third round, the GoEleven rider continues on the path set out between Phillip Island and Portim\u00e3o, aiming to build on the excellent impressions from the start of the season and improve in the areas where he has the most room for growth. As was the case in Portugal, Lorenzo showed resilience in the face of pain in his right arm, which
\nprevented him from handling the bike to his full potential, particularly in the first race.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00abI think Assen is one of the most historic and beautiful circuits on the calendar; it suits my riding style and I can\u2019t wait
\nfor the weekend to begin. I\u2019m really motivated and I hope I\u2019ve sorted out the forearm problem I suffered in Portugal,
\nwhich I\u2019ve been working hard on at home with my team. We\u2019ll find out on Friday on the track, and from there we
\nwant to consolidate our position in the standings, right behind the top five.\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

As the rider himself explained, the TT Circuit Assen is one of the circuits that best suits his riding style, and it was here that he secured a podium finish in 2022, taking second place in the Supersport class. Stretching 4,542 metres and winding through 18 corners, it is what remains of the old, tortuous Dutch TT, scaled back over a century of racing. Its layout lacks significant elevation changes, making it one of the fastest and most spectacular circuits in the entire world championship. The sprints to the final chicane are epic, where the rider\u2019s line, power and skill make all the difference. Riding a Ducati Panigale V4R for the first time, as well as aiming for a good result, he will be looking to build on the momentum gained since joining Gianni Ramello\u2019s team, which is finding its balance more and more; and should the situation be favourable, he will certainly be in with a chance of achieving something significant.<\/span><\/p>\n
