WorldSSP Yamaha Team went off without a hitch, with a three-day test session at the Jerez circuit, which officially kicked off the new season. The Andalusian track was the stage for the debut of the new line – up of the team from Ravenna, with the new signing Lorenzo Baldassarri alongside the confirmed Peter Sebestyen.<\/p>\n

Baldassarri took full advantage of the three days to start working with his new team, and to discover the first secrets of his Yamaha YZF-R6. Lap after lap Balda increased his confidence on the saddle, stopping the clock at 1’41″844, just a few thousandths from the 2021 Supersport pole position.<\/div>\n

At the end of these three days the Evan Bros. WorldSSP Yamaha Team will be back on track for a second test on Thursday 17th and Friday 18th March at Aragon circuit, where the new season will officially start on the weekend of 8th-10th April.<\/div>\n
