LORENZO BALDASSARRI’S DUCATI PANIGALE V4R WAS OFFICIALLY UNVEILED

Lorenzo Baldassarri’s Ducati Panigale V4R was officially unveiled at the GoEleven gala evening.
After the first tests carried out in January between Spain and Portugal, all that was needed to kick off the season was the official presentation of the bikes and teams. The occasion was a gala evening organised by the GoEleven team, which unveiled its new livery in Alba, featuring the now unmistakable yellow of the Ducati Panigale V4R, for the 2026 FIM Superbike World Championship. It was an exciting moment for everyone present, but especially for Lorenzo Baldassarri, who was officially handed the bike he will ride during the season, under the pleased eyes of the whole team and the experts.
As already mentioned, the first official tests took place in the two windows scheduled for January, but the rain affected their progress, minimising the potential of these very first outings. The real work of collecting data and analysing parameters has therefore been postponed to Phillip Island, where, with the help of the weather, we hope to bring home the first real report on the bike and its performance at full throttle. This beautiful presentation is intended to be a good omen for Lorenzo and all the technical staff, who are ready to get to work.
«The bike is amazing, I can’t wait to try it in dry conditions at Phillip Island, because as well as being beautiful, I think it’s also the best package available at the moment. The previous Panigale was already at an excellent level, and I believe the latest version is even more advanced. Ducati has made great strides forward, I believe I am in the best possible shape, both physically and mentally, and in a team with the right harmony, we can achieve great things. Unfortunately, the tests took place in wet conditions, so we don’t have a real starting point, but we’ll still have a few days in Australia before the championship officially begins. The main goal is to grow throughout the season and fight for the positions that matter after an initial period of adaptation. I’m ready and can’t wait to start having fun.»
